Q: How much does it cost?

It would depend on the scope of work and consultants assigned to the project. We strategically price a little below market, since our passion has been helping small to mid sized businesses. We provide a large scaled service on a small scaled budget to our Clients. The process begins when a member of senior management will assess the scope and identify consultants that would best execute results, then offer a letter of agreement for both parties to agree on.

Q: How much time does it take?

The consultant will only recommend meeting times based on the scope of work and an agenda will be issued for approval. Separate conference call bridge numbers will be assigned, accordingly. Your business is priority one...we will not interfer and will utilize time in an efficient manner.

Q: How soon will I receive assistance?

Once the scope of work is received, a consultant will contact you within 24 hours to ask any additional questions and to develop their request for services agreement. Once signed, assistance can begin immediately.

Q: How often will we be in contact?

As much or as little as needed to execute the deliverables. Initally, estimate an hour for the inital consultation of introductions and fact gathering. Time logs are available by request. Should you need additional time, an addendum to your request for services can be completed.

Q: If our company is not based in New York or Florida, how will we meet?

Initally, via conference call or skype. Depending on the scope of work, travel to your site may be required. Each client will receive a conference call number and will use this bridge number when appointments are scheduled. Emails and phone call appointments are used for basic correspondence.
