New Business Director
Responsibilities:
- Outside Sales position selling GoldBug Group Services
- Gain appointments with prospects
- Present GoldBug Group value proposition to prospects
- Responsible for target market and account research necessary to perform selling (prospecting/qualifying) activities. This includes scanning newspapers, industry publications and also cold calling prospects
- Develop networking partners to enable mutual lead referrals
- Attend training on sales techniques, technology, and presentation skills
- Continue to work with existing accounts to expand sales in installed base
- Maintains a contact management database
- Submit timely sales forecasts and reports
- Achieves sales and revenue objectives
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years outside sales experience with a minimum of 100% quota attainment demonstrated ability to prospect/qualify using various techniques including cold calling
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales opportunity to closure
- Demonstrated ability to use networking partners to generate referrals
- Experience in technology ecommerce
- Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continual professional development
