New Business Director

Responsibilities:

  • Outside Sales position selling GoldBug Group Services
  • Gain appointments with prospects
  • Present GoldBug Group value proposition to prospects
  • Responsible for target market and account research necessary to perform selling (prospecting/qualifying) activities. This includes scanning newspapers, industry publications and also cold calling prospects
  • Develop networking partners to enable mutual lead referrals
  • Attend training on sales techniques, technology, and presentation skills
  • Continue to work with existing accounts to expand sales in installed base
  • Maintains a contact management database
  • Submit timely sales forecasts and reports
  • Achieves sales and revenue objectives

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years outside sales experience with a minimum of 100% quota attainment demonstrated ability to prospect/qualify using various techniques including cold calling
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales opportunity to closure
  • Demonstrated ability to use networking partners to generate referrals
  • Experience in technology ecommerce
  • Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continual professional development
