We strategized a better way to attract local business owners to attend Equinox's in-house special events programs. The purpose is to retain current members by introducing them to services and businesses similar to Equinox's mission and build a sense of community. We developed a streamlined retention program and identified an opportunity to integrate an acquisition program to increase sales to potential members.

How does a business take an existing marketing plan and turn it into a stronger program to help gain exposure and acquire new clients?
Solution:
We evaluated her past obstacles and found a way to get around those restrictions was to better educate and inform potential clients with the right messaging. Structurally, we developed a way to streamline business practices to save time. These new actions helped this busy business owner to prioritize tasks and focus on a stronger messaging campaign to gain new clients.

Solution:
We developed a strategy to build a new operations plan so that when clients called for an appointment, there was an established logistic assessment and action plan. This new system worked well for the clients, as well as the business owner's schedule, thus maximizing and saving time to attract new sales.
